Happy New Year, folks!

This year I have resolved to have more resolve. I have no idea what that means art-wise, but I have a feeling it will kill me. If it doesn't, you'll be seeing updates.

I do have a year-long project in mind for myself, though, unlike anything I have up now in my gallery. Very likely I will use real paints. We'll see; at this point it's still in conceptual stages and I have a whole lot of other things to think about and prioritize.

Hint: it has something to do with one of the things above.

And now, I'm done with this entry, and my lame abuse of the deviantart emonticons.

I've been gone so long--I mean, wow.

But! I did update. And! there's more to come. Nothing new if you're an LJ buddy, but meh.

I think I missed my 2 year dev anniversary. Huh.

School's started, but it's not like I've updated anything decent since......

Well, I haven't updated. I mean, I did do a bit of writing, but I don't like putting up writing. I write better than I draw and it's an easier thing to go for here on devart since I don't have a scanner and all, but... I don't like putting up the pieces I really like. Ah, irony.

Anyway. Back to school mode. I've gotta stop slacking off! Third year's no joke, am I right?

I wish our classroom was a little more comfortable... It's so hot and stifling.

OK.

For some reason, my sumer has suddenly gotten very very busy. And I can't even put a finger on anything specific, so I couldn't tell you why. But I seem to be spending less time on a computer, and I don't remember the last time I flipped through channels on the TV.

So, I'm just letting the people who care know that I'm alive, but just super-busy.

My Earful: (I don't want to think about it right now--i'm annoyed at certain people for making fun of me about my music. T_T "behind my back", but i heard them pretty clearly. And they're supposed to be good friends.)

AUGH!!!

Ok, so I'm back from abroad. I had this whole rant planned out about it, but then noooo, i decide to check my message centre first. What do I accidentally stumble upon? A friggin' trailer for E3's super smash!!! GAH. Now I'm too distracted to even think about the trip.

It's so pathetic, how one measly trailer can do this to me, even when I've been gone a month. I disgust myself.
